Privacy Notice

Discretion is central to how Vilicus works. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp number (if given), property location, property type and your message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information contained in that conversation.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used: which pages are visited, the referring website, country, and device, browser and operating system type. We also count when an enquiry is submitted or a WhatsApp link is clicked, so we know which parts of the site are useful.

This analytics uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and cannot identify you or follow you across other websites. Visits are counted using an anonymous identifier that resets every 24 hours. We use no advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can serve your property, and, if you choose to work with us, to prepare and deliver our services. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Service providers

This website is hosted by Vercel, which also provides the analytics described above. Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service. Messages sent via WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. These providers may process data outside Indonesia; we rely on them only to receive your message.

Retention

If we do not proceed together, we delete enquiry details within twelve months. If we do, we keep the information needed to manage our relationship for as long as it lasts and as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. These rights apply under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law and, where relevant, data protection laws in your own country. Email info@vilicus.co and we will respond within 14 days.
